Description
A GI reducing tee adds a smaller branch to a threaded pipe. The two run ends share one size, while the branch is smaller. As a result, you avoid an extra bush or reducer at the branch. We stock GI reducing tees in all common sizes at our showroom in Nad Al Hamar, Dubai.
First, note the run size and the branch size, for example 1″ x 1/2″. Next, wrap the threads with PTFE tape or use a thread sealant. Because the zinc coating resists rust, the tee also suits outdoor and wet areas. In addition, we stock equal GI tees for same-size branches.
Why Choose Our GI Reducing Tee
- Fewer parts: One fitting replaces a tee and a bush.
- Fewer leak paths: Because there are fewer joints, there are fewer places to leak.
- Rust resistant: Hot-dip galvanising protects against water and humidity.
- Matches our range: In addition, it fits our GI nipples, elbows and unions.
